2014 Year In Review

January 2014

First snow of the season.

Little did we know, that this was just a taste of what was to come.

Trav and I had a night away and saw Jason Aldean in concert.

We got to babysit Baby Loitton for the first time. 

February 2014

Our second snow of the year!

This snow got us several days out of school and work.

Trav and I got another night away and went to see Darius Rucker in concert. So much fun!

March 2014

Morgan Kate was a flower girl in Tripp and Kayla's wedding. Precious girl!

We had our first lake day of the year!

April 2014

We celebrated Easter at Mammie's.

May 2014

Morgan Kate participated in her third dance recital. Each one just keeps getting better and better.

We bought a jeep! It is so much fun!

Morgan Kate finished with preschool. Sad face. And participated in an end of the year program.

June 2014

MK got a kayak. She was a pro!

She attended VBS the first week of summer.

And cheer camp right after.

July 2014

We had our annual trip to Folly. Best week ever!

MK attended gymnastics camp.

And the week after the beach, MK went to dance camp. She was a busy girl this summer!

This hottie turned 35!

August 2014

Morgan Kate started Kindergarten. Break my heart!

Loitton was baptized. Travis, myself, Adele and Ben are his godparents. Such an honor!

Morgan Kate turned 6!

We had her birthday party at a local gymnastics place and she loved it. We all did!

September 2014

We found out we were expecting #2!! I can't even put into words what this means for all of us. SO, SO excited to meet this precious baby in April of 2015!

October 2014

We went on our annual apple picking trip. Always so much fun!

Kyle and Jessie got married! 

All of us were in the wedding!

MK got to be a flower girl again! She loves it!

November 2014

We had our 3rd annual mountain trip. We had the best time! 

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family at Kaka and Gator's.

Loitton turned one! Time is flying by!

He LOVED his cake!

December 2014

Christmas came and these two had BIG Christmases! It was SO sweet and special waking up Christmas morning with these two. Melt my heart!

On an extremely sad note, we lost our sweet boy, Cash, Christmas night. He was hit by a car and did not make it. Our hearts were and still are just broken.

We got Cash two years after we got married. He's more of a family member than a pet, and he's all MK's ever known. There is a huge hole in our hearts and in our house. Things just aren't the same.

Despite the heartache, we've really had a great year. How could you not with this face?! And we can't wait to meet our new little face in April!!!
