The Orangeburg March of Dimes Walk is in just 4 days! And if you are like me, then you might have a few questions. Oh, and don't forget, only two more days to make a donation in honor of Team Morgan Kate!

When and where is the walk?
Saturday, April 10th at the Edisto Gardens in Orangeburg

What time does the walk begin?
Registration begins at 8:00am. You do not have to register to walk, but if you want to receive future information about the March of Dimes then you should register. There will be an awards program at 8:30am and the walk will officially start at 9:00am.
Where are the starting and ending points?
The walk will begin and end at Centennial Park. Centennial Park is located in the heart of the Gardens. There is a huge parking lot right beside the park.

How long is the walk?
There will be two routes and this year they are completely different routes than ever before. One route is 2.6 miles and the other is 4.4 miles. There will be directions and signs to follow.

There will be a water station along the route, but you may want to bring your own water bottle as well.
What do we do after the walk?
A free hotdog lunch and drinks will be served as soon as people begin returning from the walk. The March of Dimes committee is totally guessing on how many hotdogs to serve, so you may want to bring a snack or you own picnic lunch. After lunch there will be a raffle and then people will begin to leave.

Additional information:
Team Morgan Kate will have a tent set up in Centennial Park. It will be labeled and is for ALL Team Morgan Kate walkers/supporters. For those that aren't able to physically walk there will be a nice place to wait and sit in the shade. Be sure to bring your chair!

All walkers/supporters should meet at the Team Morgan Kate tent at 8:30am.

Our family will be forever grateful to all of our supporters, walkers and to all of those who purchased t-shirts and/or made a donation. We are proud to be part of such a wonderful organization and are so honored to serve as the 2010 Orangeburg/Calhoun County Ambassador Family.

*If you have any questions/comments/etc. regarding the walk, please email me at morgankatemod@yahoo.com
*Details about the Columbia walk will be posted next week.

I am so proud to know you and wish we could come walk with you! Know that we are there in spirit and that we love ya! I made a small donation - it isn't much, but since we aren't walking this year (due to other plans) we wanted to support Team Morgan Kate! one of these years, we'd love to walk with you!
