I grew up in a household where my mom cut the grass a majority of the time. Now, I'm not saying that my dad never cut the grass, because he did. But, my mom definitely did it the most. When I was old enough my dad even allowed me to cut the grass. However, I spent most of my time just riding in circles, so no one really ever wanted me to do it. Apparently my dad thinks mowing the lawn is a "girl thing" and he's trying his best to keep the tradition going.

I am laughing out loud at work! That is too funny and so very true. Don't you remember dad telling everyone that our neighborhood restricted grass cutting to just women.

Same way at my house...now when I go outside to cut it Justin gets so mad. But, well...you probably know who wins that fight.

Too cute! We've been talking of getting Asher a little mower. I mowed OFTEN growing up, but we had a riding mower so I'd put on my Walk-man and sing so loud (I guess I thought they couldn't hear me over the sound of the mower.) Now, we have a push mower so I'm not rushing to get the job done.
