I have had the most perfect Valentine's Day ever.

Travis and I are not big on Valentine's Day. (Well, unless you count the days when he was trying to "woo" me. Hee, hee.) For goodness sakes, last year we had our taxes done on Valentine's. We typically just cook dinner at home and spend good quality time together, which I prefer.

This year we did exactly that. We stayed at home in our pj's and took numerous naps. The only thing different about this year was that we had our new little Valentine. And that my friends was the absolute best part. She completely melts our hearts.

This evening while Travis was feeding Morgan Kate I spent some time looking through pictures around the time of her birth and reading emails from friends and family. I found myself sitting at my computer, tears streaming down my face, overcome with emotion. I just can't get over how far she has come and how she truly is our little miracle. We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

I loved seeing the new pictures of MK today. I am also so glad that you and Travis got to have a "date night". You deserve it! It won't be long before the weather will be warm and you can get out of the house with that beautiful baby girl. We continue to pray for y'all everyday! We can't wait to see you, Travis and MK!

having never met Travis and going only on pictures, I would have to say that I think she looks a lot like you! Some of her expressions look like you. Watching how they change and learn and grow is one of the biggest blessings ever. God is amazing isn't He??!!
take care

I LOVED the video. She is such a beautiful, precious baby. The bath pics were my absolute favorite, but i loved them all. I've watched it about a dozen times.
Glad you and Tav got some alone time to relax and enjoy each other.

WOW - I love the video - especially the big smiles when she's getting a bath! It's a good thing they invented digital photography before MK was born! You have done a beautiful job as a Mommie & she's going to love this blog when she's a big girl! I look forward to your updates every day.
Love,
Kathy C.

Hey my friend! For some reason I have not been able to leave a message. You know me...I'm not tech savvy at all. I have written (typed) so many things that I give up on because it says that my password isn't really my password. I try and then I just give up. Anyway, it is so good to hear that y'all are doing so well. I would love to just sit and chat over apples and peanut butter just as soon as you can. You all look wonderful!! Monica

Ha, it went through....if I had known that I would have typed more. I love and miss you.

Hey Heather,
I always love to read your blog. I have not read it in about a week, so I had to catch up and it seems like Morgan Kate is doing great. I love to hear you talk about her, it really melts my heart. I know just how happy you and Travis are and what a blessing God has given you. I hope that we can all get together soon. Maybe when the weather starts to get warmer we can cook out or something. Take care:)

Okay...I think Morgan Kate has your and your mom's lips. They are also similar to Morgan's. What a precious video. You know all of this is such a tease when we can't hold her :(. Can't wait until that day! Glad things are going so well. We love you all! Aunt Terry
